Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do!
We ship from Australia to most countries around the world.
All orders are tracked and have an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days from the date the order is shipped. (Sticker only orders are not tracked and can take up to 30 business days to arrive).
US and UK/EU customers please read the relevant information in the categories below regarding shipping to your country.
Do you ship to the UK/EU?
Yes, we do ship to the UK/EU.
Please note: we do not collect and remit any VAT charges at checkout. Meaning you, the customer, are responsible for paying these customs fees when your order arrives to customs in your country.
Melscribbles is not responsible for any of these fees. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
When will my order ship?
Products will ship at different times depending on these conditions:
In stock: Processing time of 1-3 business days.
Made to order: Processing time of up to 12 business days.
Preorder: Individual listings labelled as preorder will have their own shipping times listed in their respective descriptions.
These conditions mainly apply to plushies only.
Stickers and other products are always in stock unless stated otherwise.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times can vary greatly depending on your country, these are estimates from the date your order is shipped.
- Estimate delivery times for Standard Tracked packages: 7-15 business days.
- Estimate delivery times for Untracked Envelopes (sticker only orders): Up to 30 business days.

Combining multiple orders
Please email us ASAP at melscribblesart@gmail.com with your order numbers. You will be refunded excess shipping costs when your orders ship.
I was sent the wrong item
Please contact us at melscribblesart@gmail.com to rectify the issue.
I put in the wrong shipping address
Please email us ASAP at melscribblesart@gmail.com with your correct shipping address.
If an order has already been shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot refund or resend your order unless it is returned to us by the recipient. You are then entitled to a refund if applicable, minus the shipping cost.
You, the customer, are responsible for paying any additional shipping charges if an order is to be resent.
US tariff fee information
Due to recent tariff changes in the US, customers from the US will be charged an additional 10% of the total order cost at checkout, not including shipping cost.
This fee is collected by Melscribbles to pay US customs once your order reaches the US.
Melscribbles is not responsible for any additional fees your order may incur on arrival to the US.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
If you need help with your order regarding cancellations, returns, or refunds, contact us at melscribblesart@gmail.com.
If an order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, or has not been collected by the customer from their local post office, the customer is entitled to a refund minus the shipping cost once the product has been returned to us.
You, the customer, are responsible for paying any additional shipping charges if an order is to be resent.
